I do work out as my workout and I'm fit as a man can be. ;) There are so many things to move and to lift, so I see no reason for going into steel muscle manufactoring studio. Go move, run, climb, walk a lot. Have no fear to jump, shout, DANCE. Play with your body. Don't force it into some looped movements that only represent the enslaved mind. Free your mind. Your body will be very grateful to you.
